Iya Empress Apryl Onisegun Oba most comfortably known simply as “Empress Apryl '' is a 7 year practicing Metaphysician. Within the metaphysics of Numerology (numbers and symbols) and Dream Interpretations of specific dream themes of: death, marriages, pregnancy, food, animals, numbers, famous people, cities, money and colors.
Empress Apryl also has a great depth of knowledge of the “Metaphysics of Astrology” specifically focusing on personality and character traits. She also interprets “tarot cards” from a metaphysical knowledge base that includes: tarot images, numbers and colors. Empress Apryl is also a student and a beginner educator of the “metaphysics” of her spiritual faith in Yoruba Ifa. Which includes the metaphysics of: humanitarianism, character, social behaviors, family relationships, respect of nature and ancestor veneration.
Empress Apryl believes that the timing is right to offer her first “metaphysical” class on “Finances” within a traditional and formal lecture style class here at the “Energy Healing Center of Philadelphia” .
She says that throughout her 7 years of practicing “metaphysics”there was a repeated concern both privately and publicly of “money, finances and business success” she says:
“People were coming to me for numerology and tarot readings presenting many dif erent types of life concerns as to why they were seeking spiritual help. However, that was only the“presented problem”, the real problem was
related to money and finances. They really desired to know if they had money,financial success, abundance, wealth and prosperity coming to them. Because their life problems were surrounding the“lack of money” , not having enough “money” to pay significant bills was causing them a great deal of stress. And as a spiritual seer, I also knew based on the questions they were asking, that they really wanted to know if “money”was coming to them. They had no real invested interest in learning about their personal metaphysics through numerology, astrology or tarot readings. So I decided that I should just teach a class on the“metaphysics of finances”.
And Empress Apryl will do just that here at the Healing Arts Center of Philadelphia. She will teach her classes on the “metaphysics of finances” once a week on a Sunday.

Her journey into Reiki, which began as a personal quest for holistic healing to address her depression, autoimmune disease, and fibromyalgia, is a testament to the transformative power of this practice. After receiving her first session in 2015, Mimi was divinely inspired to study Reiki, becoming attuned to levels I & II in 2017 and achieving her Usui and Karuna Master certifications in 2018.
With a background as a hairdresser known for her "hair-growing hands," Mimi naturally transitioned into energy work. She has since mastered the art of channeling healing energy to clear energy blocks, balance chakras, and restore harmony within the body, mind, and spirit.
Mimi's belief in the innate potential for self-healing is the foundation of her practice. She offers personalized Reiki sessions that cater to each client's unique physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Her compassionate and nurturing approach creates a safe and serene experience, fostering deep relaxation and spiritual growth.
